Sock Sets come with one variegated full skein and one contrasting mini skein.
Colourways:
Witch (full skein): This colourway was inspired by the classic bubbling cauldron in Amy’s locked attic. However, I put a little bit of my own spin on it imagining the murky sage and dusty lilac plumes of smoke drifting up to the tortured barbie dolls.
Prophecy Girl (mini skein): A very delicate dusty rose pink, this colourway was inspired by the beautiful white dress Joyce buys for Buffy to wear to the spring dance, however, I put a little fated twist on it… of course Buffy does not abandon her slayer duties, and she descends to the Master’s underground prison to fight him. The reddish cave walls bath her white dress in a pink glow, and I love this imagery showing us Buffy’s fate is sealed by circumstances outside of her control, as she is the one and only, Slayer.
Sleek Sock: 4ply, 100% pure merino, machine washable, full skein 400m/100g, mini skein 80m/20g.
Silky Sock: 2ply, high twist/fingering weight, 80% pure merino/20% silk, hand wash recommended, full skein 365m/100g, mini skein 73m/20g.

Due to the nature of hand dyeing yarn, each skein will have some variation from those photographed despite the same recipe being followed each time. This uniqueness is part of the charm of hand dyed yarn. If you are knitting a project that uses more than one skein, it is recommended to alternate skeins. The photos have been taken to represent their true colours as accurately as possible. However, all phone and computer screens display colour a little differently. All yarn is washed thoroughly after dyeing, however slight bleeding may still occur, particularly for the more saturated colours.
